An Air Force technical sergeant has been removed from her supervisor position. After she filmed herself ranting about how her black female subordinates show ‘no f****ing* respect’.
Geraldine Lovely, 30, who works at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. Recorded a live video on Facebook to vent about her colleagues.
In the profanity-filled video, she complains that her ‘black female subordinates constantly have an attitude.’
Lovely says: ‘Why is it that every time I encounter my subordinates that are black females they have a giant f***ing attitude?
I mean, it’s not like I’m coming to them with a f***ing attitude – I don’t. But every time I f***ing talk to them it’s like I’m just some f***ing stupid a** girl who just doesn’t even… deserve to be talked to as a person,’ she says.
She adds: I’m trying my best to hold my professionalism with them. But good God they have no f***ing respect whatsoever.’
The video has been viewed more than a million times. With many criticising Lovely for her comments.
A Facebook user named Michael Griffin wrote: ‘It’s not an issue of race. You don’t know how to effectively interact. Lead or build a positive relationship with your suborindates.’
