Alternative Breakfast

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, hardboiled Green and black olives
  • Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced Parma ham
  • broccoli  Sun-dried tomatoes

Method:

Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange the rest of the ingredients on a serving plate, together with the hardboiled eggs and serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
