Hydrated skin looks plumper and livelier as opposed to dehydrated skin, which can appear dull and sallow.

Drinking water increases the metabolic rate and improves digestive system. As a result of this, water helps to flush out toxins from the body. This in turn gives you a healthy and glowing skin.
