City centre music venue Roadhouse has announced it is to close its doors for good in the summer.
The venue on Newton Street in the Northern Quarter will say goodbye on 1 June after over 20 years in the Manchester music scene.
Neighbouring venues, ravers and performers have paid tribute to the iconic venue, proving how much it will be missed.
The much-loved spot has been providing a stage for many bands and musicians from Manchester since 1992 but will now say a final farewell on 31 May. Co-owner Kate Mountain has promised some “memorable send- off gigs” throughout May.
