Alternatively, Rose aims to focus on what she calls ‘healthstyle’. She coined this term to refer to a set of behaviours and actions that make up your everyday interaction with food, exercise and the treatment of your body.
Rose stated that healthstyle “is a reflection of your cumulative habits, it’s not a momentary state of being”. She also added “The approach is flexible and forgiving. Focusing on lifestyle is what gives you lasting change”.
