A teenage girl has died following a collision in Rochdale last weekend, in which four others were injured.
Chloe Cockton, 16, was a passenger in the Renault Clio when it collided with a pedestrian barrier on Bury Road.
Police were called to the scene at around 2:20am on Sunday 24 July and Chloe was taken to hospital where she died, while the driver, a 19-year-old man, remains in hospital with a serious head injury.
Two girls aged 17, and a 16-year-old boy, were also in the car, and remain in hospital receiving treatment for their injuries.
Enquiries continue into the incident and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward, including the driver of a black cab they believe was at the scene.
