Greater Manchester Police (GMP) is appealing for witnesses after more than 50 vehicles were damaged in Salford and Trafford.
On Tuesday 17 May 2016, around 8.30pm, police officers were called after three men on mopeds were seen causing serious damage to cars in the areas around Old Trafford football stadium.
Many of the vehicles had their windows smashed, and some property was been stolen including clothing, keys and CDs.
The men have been described as wearing black clothing and each riding on a black moped.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have seen these men, or may have caught the incidents on CCTV to get in touch with police as soon as possible.
Inspector Matt Crofts of GMP’s Salford Division said: “These three men left a trail of destruction across Salford and Trafford, and didn’t care that they were damaging people’s cars, or stealing their belongings.
“We are doing all that we can to find those responsible. We are appealing for anyone who may have any information, may have seen the men or even better, have CCTV of them to get in touch as soon as possible.
