The world’s number one tennis player, Sir Andy Murray, looks certain to miss UK’s Davis Cup quarter final with France. Reportedly, Sir Murray’s injury is worse than originally feared.
Sir Murray’s brother Jamie has revealed the right elbow has a tear and he is highly likely to play on the clay in Rouen.
‘It’s some sort of tear in his elbow, so he needs to rest’, doubles star Jamie said.
‘He said he can do everything except serve and he told me that rest was all he had to do.
‘I am not planning that he is going be there [against France] but, if he is, then obviously that is great for the team and we’ll see what happens’.
