Parents’ tribute to Eilidh MacLeod
As the more stories of the victims from the Manchester Arena attack on 22 May emerge, more people are sharing their tributes to them.
Eilidh MacLeod is amongst the thousands who attended the Ariana Grande concert that saw Salman Abedi kill 22 people and injure 64.
Her parents have released a statement. This is one of the many stories coming out about the victims of the horrific attack.
“Our family is devastated and words cannot express how we feel at losing our darling Eilidh.
“Eilidh was vivacious and full of fun. She loved all music whether it was listening to Ariana or playing the bagpipes with her pipe band.
“As a family, we would like to express our thanks and gratitude for the support and kind messages we have received at this difficult time”.
Police continue to carry out investigations and raids across the country as the UK terror threat remains critical.
