Parklife is back at Heaton Park for the sixth year running, and the two-day festival is boasting big names and more variety than before.
The Chemical Brothers and Major Lazer have already been announced as the two headliners. The festival offers something for everyone, with acts from the likes of Busta Rhymes and Stormzy to Hannah Watts and Jack Garrett performing this year.
Manchester’s own Bugzy Malone will also be performing, as well as DJ sets from Annie Mac, Charlie Sloth and Diplo.
This year’s line-up features much more grime artists than previous years, 2015 was arguably the year that grime went mainstream, and Parklife 2016 seems to be following the trend.
Artists that have had huge success in 2015 such as Section Boys, WSTRN and even the hit mockumentary radio show Kurupt FM, are all set to perform.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Wednesday 10 February 2016 at 9am for those who have signed up with Parklife, however general sale launches at 9am on Thursday 11 February.
