Pointless presenter, Richard Osman, created a Twitter trend last week when he asked his followers to tweet the things that make them happy – but only using 3 words.
The 45-year-old, who has a total of nearly 500,000 followers, received an overwhelming response.
One Twitter follower, @ClareMBrown1, took the chance to express her elation at “being cancer free”.
Another Twitter user, @CaptainHippo, tweeted “she said yes”.
Many, such as @em_j_b, used the trend to list their greatest comforts like “tea, books, love”.
Others used the hashtag to add some humour to the Osman’s Twitter trend.
@_ecdv tweeted “eyebrows on fleek” and YoutTuber Evan Edinger tweeted “hot fresh memes”.
Since the hastag #3wordhappiness took off, thousands of people injected a ray of sunshine amidst a time of somewhat negative and often bleak worldwide news.
