Wash fresh uncooked prawns and mange tout and sliced mushrooms. Season prawns with a teaspoon of Soya sauce, Blackened Cajun, Garlic, ginger then add thyme. Mix in a bowl and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan or wok with a teaspoon of Chilli flavoured olive oil until hot. Then Place the marinated prawns only into the hot frying pan or wok then toss and stir until the prawn turn pink, this usually takes 3-7 minutes.
Add mange tout , mushrooms and toss for a further 3 minutes. The mange tout still has to be crunchy.
