Roasted Honey Glazed chicken with Creamed Mash

Wash your selected pieces of chicken in Lemon juice, Then place chicken pieces into a large mixing bowl.
Add an array of diverse herbs and seasoning.  Blackened Cajun,Coarse black pepper, Curry powder, Garlic,Onions, Rosemary, Thyme, Chocolate Mint and Honey.

Ensure all herbs, garlic and onions are chopped.

Mix all ingredient in the mixing bowl and ensure all the chicken is coated evenly. Place all ingredients and chicken into a pre-heated oven dish until golden brown.

Then add warm water and chicken stock cube, to the oven dish. Sliced oval shaped carrots and cover with sliver foil and leave to simmer for 45 minutes.

Boil potatoes in salt water with a dash of chilli olive oil leave to boil until soft. Empty off remaining water leaving just the smallest amount of liquid. Add milk and double cream with gratered cheese with chives and double Gloucestershire and put through potato ricer. Then mash until smooth and creamy.

Serving suggestion; Rice, salad.
