Former Tottenham captain and England defender Sol Campbell has been named new assistant coach of Trinidad and Tobago.
The 42-year-old Londoner is experience in sport having made over 500 premiere league appearances.
He will now work with Trinidad and Tobago’s new national boss, Dennis Lawrence. Campbell will start his new role next month ahead of World Cup qualifying matches.
Qualifying matches will begin against Panama and Mexico in March.
