Tamar Braxton will no longer be part of the syndicated show ‘The Real’ for its third season, as it was announced on Sunday 22 May.
Rumours that the 39 year old singer and TV personality has been fired by FOX emerged online after the news broke.
Tamar’s newest Instagram post, where she is seen embracing her sister, Toni Braxton, sparks more mystery as she says: ”I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted, you can figure things out on your own”.
However, according to ‘The Real’ statement, Ms Braxton is leaving to concentrate on her solo career, adding that: ”We appreciate Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future”.
Braxton was co-hosting the show with Tamera Mowry, Jeannie Mai, Adrienne Bailon and Loni Love since the programme’s 2013 debut and its national expansion in 2014.
