18 jury members enter the court
14 Jury members names called out and they are asked to take a seat behind the jury dock. They have been randomly selected to carry out jury service for the trial.
Talbot has right to reject or call out any jury member he does not want.
Judge Mort says: “the trial has the potential to last up to four weeks.” Therefore there are 14 jurors for this case for if any jurors find themselves unable to make the fill trial through unexpected circumstance
