Greater Manchester Police officers investigating the murder of Sian Roberts have made two further arrests.
Two men, aged 34 and 52-years-old have been arrested on suspicion of murder, and are currently in police custody.
The body of 36-year-old Sian Roberts was found by police at around 6pm on Sunday 29 November 2015, after officers were called to an address on St Helier’s Drive in Salford.
Later, a Home Office post mortem confirmed that Sian had died from stab wounds to the chest.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on Sunday 29 November, and has now been bailed until Thursday 28 January.
Detective Chief Inspector Terry Crompton said, “We are making significant steps to find out what happened to Sian Roberts, and our investigation has so far led to three arrests.
“We are still keen to speak to anyone who came into contact with Sian in the lead up to her death”.
