Two men charged after 2014 death

Two men have been charged with murder after a man died in a collision in Chorlton in 2014.

At around 10.20pm on 10 March, 25-year-old Craig Rodger sadly died after a car collided with him, he was crossing Wilbraham Road near to the Spread Eagle pub.

31-year-old Mohammed Omayr of Chorlton Cum-Hardy and 35-year-old Raheel Rehman also of Chorlton Cum-Hardy have been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

They have been bailed to appear before at Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on 23 March.
