Two men from Greater Manchester have been charged with soliciting sex with a prostitute.
The two men have been identified as 72-year-old Donald Edward Andrews of Ashton-In-Makerfield, and 60-year-old Ashgar Karwar of Bolton.
Both were charged with engaging in exploitative conduct of a kind likely to induce, or encourage, a prostitute to provide sexual services in the expectation of gain for another person, contrary to section 53A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Mr Andrews is due to appear at Wigan Magistrates court today Wednesday 11 November 2015.
On 27 October 2015, Ashgar Karwar appeared at Bolton Magistrates, and the case was adjourned.
Between 1 January 2015 and 27 April 2015, two men paid to have sex with a woman who was a victim of Sex Trafficking.
These charges relate to the ongoing investigation into the sex trafficking of two women around the north west of England.
