Wild Salmon Surprise

 

 

 

 

Why do so many recipe have surprise in the title?

The surprise in this recipe, is how tantalisingly delicious, mouth watering a healthy option can be,  especially at the start of your new year’s resolution diet.

Let’s show you guys how to make a quick meal in fewer than 20 minutes that looks and tastes fabulous.

Ingredients

fillet of Wild Salmon

cypress potatoes

mange tout

baby corn

chilli pepper, sweet pepper

onions

broccoli

Method

Wash potato and prick with folk and slice down middle and then place in the microwave until soft and fluffy the fluff potato with a fork and sprinkle lightly with rock salt and coarse black pepper.

Heat up frying pan with a teaspoon of rapeseed oil and then season your salmon with Chinese rice wine, fish seasoning and stuff with garlic gloves. Now lightly fry salmon until golden brown on both sides start with belly side up and remove from frying pan.  Then add all vegetable and lightly fry in the pan with remainder of rapeseed oil still left in the frying pan.

Plate up your surprise, who said healthy eating couldn’t look or taste so good.  Bon appetite!
